Internal procedures for the protection and preservation of data
As a company specializing in recovering data, Wave International is aware of to ensure its customers the best operating conditions in order to safeguard and protect the data they provide for the performance of the service, both with respect to information exchanged in the course of its activities and those contained in the media supplied for recovery operations.
First, it undertakes a serious and put in place the specifications defined by the current legislation on data confidentiality, extension of the management not only to personal data but also to all corporate data. In essence, as shown in part of our contractual forms of employment, the company will not release any information on people and companies to others and to treat them for the sole purpose of managing the service. This means that the data of its customers are treated and managed only to fiscal and administrative purposes and for relations is strictly necessary for the proper conduct of the activity data recovery, being present in its accounting system and implementation of Customer Relationship Management. Each employee has signed an undertaking of confidentiality for the internal management of such data.
As for security on the management of data in the media supplied by customers, have implemented the following procedures:

Access to laboratories is restricted to laboratory technicians engaged: The laboratories are monitored and audited both internally and externally by an alarm system, and are located in buildings with security guards.

To carry out the necessary activities required for the recovery of data, the technical envelope in their specific work stations, each of which operates only in stand-alone: the workstations in the lab are not connected to any type of network, neither internal nor external.

The data recorded are retrieved and stored for up to three months in order to have a back-up data in case of subsequent problems encountered by the client (possible issues related to recovery, partial recovery, loss of new media by the score). Following confirmation of the success of the operation by the customer, and no later than three months, the data is permanently deleted from the system.
Once you have completed the recovery of data, or if the customer has not accepted the estimate submitted, the old support provided by the customer is returned to the client or destroyed in the laboratory, depending on the option chosen by the customer.
